A significant milestone in connection with a high appreciation of its product quality occurred in 1999, when the IAAF, the world body of athletics, awarded their first three official system certificates to CONICA. Today, CONICA is the world•s leading manufacturer of synthetic Athletic track systems.

CK Industries has successfully completed an impressive range of Sport Surfaces in Athletics, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton and Multi-purpose Sport Surfaces across the face of Southern Africa.

We also maintain & services synthetic Sport Surfaces , provide Track & Field equipment for Athletics, importation of Soccer and Hockey goals from Sch•per • Germany: www.sportschaeper.de

We provide World Class facilities at World Class Specifications.

Our particular achievements include:
• We constructed & achieved the very first & only IAAF Class 1 Athletics Track for South Africa in December 2012 to date, the Mangaung Athletics Stadium in Bloemfontein. A Class 1 Athletic Track conforms to IAAF international standards and is a certification to recognize international records achieved on this track.

• We constructed & achieved the first IAAF Class 2 Athletics Track for South Africa in December 2005, the Coetzenburg Athletics Stadium in Stellenbosch. A class 2 track conforms to IAAF standards for national events.

• The achievements of IAAF Class 2 Athletics Track for CK Industries grew and achieved in Gabon, Libreville at the Complex Omnisports President BONGO ONDIMBA Stadium another IAAF Class 2 Certificate in October 2006; then again in October 2009 for the University of Johannesburg • Auckland Park; another in September 2010 for the University of Johannesburg • SOWETO Campus

• CK Industries then beat world contenders and installed multi-purpose sport surfaces for the largest sport development project of its time in Africa, the Olympic Youth Development Centre (OYDC) in Lusaka, Zambia • a project that was funded by the IOC (International Olympic Committee).

Our world ranking achievements are supported by more than thirty years of experience in the construction of synthetic sport surface, a dedicated professional staff contingent and state of the art quality management systems. We are affiliated to all controlling bodies of the sports in which we operate & apply the rules & regulations.
